State Telehealth Laws Report Released

The Center for Connected Health Policy recently released an update to their Annual Report which reviews state telehealth laws and reimbursement policies. This report reviews payment parity laws, covers the definitions of telehealth and telemedicine within each state as well as licensing issues including cross-state licensing, consent and online prescribing. The report is a comprehensive overview of all 50 states and may be a valuable tool for providers who are considering using telehealth and telemedicine in the practice of ID.
