Nominations Sought for ABMS Board of Directors and Committees

The Governance Committee of the American Board of Medical Specialties is seeking nominations for several public member positions on the ABMS Board of Directors and committees. Nomination materials for these positions are to be submitted no later than Monday, Dec. 2.

The ABMS recognizes the benefits inherent within a diverse community of officers, directors, representatives and committee members. In a desire to reflect this diversity, the ABMS seeks individuals with varied experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, including minorities and women. Nominations of public members in all career phases are encouraged.

Nominations are being sought for the following positions:

• ABMS Board of Directors: (2) Public Members
• Committee on Certification (COCERT): (1) Public Member
• Ethics and Professionalism Committee (EPCOM): (1) Public Member
